New Moon Ceremony

This New Moon Ceremony will involve a variety of interactive activities including body

movement, meditation and visualization practices.

As this is a Pisces New Moon:

Pisces represents closure, completion and the ending of a cycle. This is a

great time to let go and clear out any energy that is no longer serving you, in

preparation for receiving new energy.

During this ceremony we will also engage in a

writing exercise to help cultivate self-forgiveness and release anything that may be

holding you back so that you can step into the next and best version of yourself.
