Flexibility And Strength For Dance
This class will focus on upping your dance game with moves specifically suited to increasing strength and flexibility for dancing. A warmup with dynamic stretching will be followed by a series of conditioning exercises. We'll end each class with static/passive stretching to increase flexibility. A great complement to our choreography classes!
