This trampoline dance, cardio and sculpting fusion class combines simple choreography to increase heart rate and make you sweat with the low impact benefits of the trampoline.

Benefits of tramping include:

*A few things to be aware of while using a trampoline: Due to physical exertion or increase in intra-abdominal pressure/ pelvic floor weakness you may pee a little or a lot. Hey, it happens, but we don't want to clean up after you, so please wear the proper gear ie: a pad or something that will prevent leakage. Jumping on a trampoline is different than a lot of exercises and takes getting used to, so we got the trampolines with a bar to hold onto. This is not the class to get creative with movement, it will be imperative to follow the instructor!
