Barre Bounce is all about low-impact movement and high muscle activation. We’ll be using the trampoline in a whole new way with barre-inspired moves that get deep into the muscles... especially your core, glutes, and thighs.
We'll mix in light weights, resistance bands, and the balls to fire things up (in the best way). Come move your body, build strength, and support your joints while still getting a serious(ly fun) workout.
Join Sam Friday July 18th from 6-7 pm! No trampoline experience necessary, this class is beginner friendly!
