Mixed Level is not for beginners! Check out Pole Foundations if you are new to pole, or ask Laila if you are unsure of your level. Students should be proficient in dips, wrist-roll pirouettes, server-tray pirouettes, body waves, leg waves, back hook, front hook, and sits before signing up.

This class focuses on developing low flow skills while building freestyle confidence. Poles will be set to static as students are guided through a sequence of movements designed to help refine technique, smooth transitions, and explore your own style!
What should I wear/bring?
Bring a water bottle and a yoga mat if you have one. Kneepads and socks or stripper heels (ex. https://pleasershoes.com) are required for this class. The studio has kneepads available to borrow if you need them. You are encouraged to wear whatever makes you feel sexy and confident! Layers are recommended as bare skin will be necessary to grip the pole for some moves.
