In our sound bath we start with a few minutes of breath work and chanting to relax your nervous system and maximize the benefits from the bath. We use breath, crystal bowls, a gong, chimes, drums and Reiki and energy healing session to create a mini retreat for your well-being.

Sound and energy healing are holistic practices that use sound waves and energy to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Sound healing involves the use of various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks, to produce vibrations and frequencies that are thought to have therapeutic effects on the body and mind.
Energy healing, such as reiki, involves the transfer of energy from the practitioner to the recipient through touch or intention, to activate the natural healing processes of the recipient's body and restore balance and harmony. Both sound and energy healing are non-invasive and can be used to treat a wide range of issues.
As this is a ticketed workshop, only cancellations 6 hours or more prior to class start time will be refunded. Any cancellations within that 6 hour window will not be refunded.
