Heart-centered Reiki with acupressure is a healing modality that combines the gentle touch of Reiki with the targeted pressure of acupressure to promote relaxation, balance, and healing in the body and mind.
Led by Stephanie, this session may begin with the setting of intention and the creation of a peaceful and welcoming space for the client. Stephanie may use a series of hand positions to channel healing energy into the client's energy field, and may also use acupressure techniques to unblock energy channels and promote relaxation.
Crystals, essential oils, and other tools may also be used to enhance the energy flow and promote relaxation. Throughout the session, Stephanie will make adjustments as needed to ensure the client's comfort and well-being.
The session will conclude with guidance on self-care practices to continue the healing process at home. This heart-centered approach to Reiki with acupressure is designed to bring about a sense of balance and well-being on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
