Iyengar Inspired Yoga
Build strength, endurance, and flexibility in this yoga class that draws from both Vinyasa and Iyengar styles. You’ll warm up with a series of flow sequences, then move into more focused, static postures, allowing the muscles to relax and lengthen, and encouraging awareness in the pose. With a focus on correct alignment, you’ll use props and the breath to move deeper into poses; seated, standing, balancing, and inverting. Optional hands-on assists available with consent.
