As an occupational therapist and Myofascial Release Practitioner, the only thing I love more than tending to the fascial system with my hands, is teaching others how to tend to their own fascia.
Through this Myofascial Release Breast Health class, I will offer a foundation for understanding this interconnected system within the body, and then use the philosophy to teach self-treatment techniques to release restrictions around your breasts. In doing so, you will create the space needed for the body’s fluids to move nutrients to tissues and move toxins out, improving hydration and range of motion of the whole body.
Expect to feel increased connection to, and awareness of your body, improved alignment, and new space deep within, all while kick starting a healing process on a cellular level.
This class is appropriate for anyone who has or had breasts, and is anywhere on the spectrum of health.
*Join me as we make space, learn, and heal. These techniques require hands-on-skin, with easy access to your chest. This can be achieved with many options to fit with your comfort level, including but not limited to, a loose shirt/tank, cardigan, a shawl, etc.
